| 7 (a) | Revised | (a) In order to play SFPSBL Baseball, each entering team must submit a roster with prospective participants listed thereon who all meet the current season’s SFPSBL Eligibility Rules AND have provided signed SFPSBL Concussion Forms as approved and published by the SFPSBL Executive Board. |
| V-8 (c) | Deleted | (c) Except as noted herein, all bats shall meet NFHS requirements. NFHS weight to length differential and BESR standard are not required. |
| V-8 (d) | Added | (d) The only Composite Bats allowed must meet the Batted Ball Coefficient of Restitution (BBCOR) certification and bear a stamp/decal with BBCOR, indicating the type of material that is contained in the barrel of the bat. Composite Bats that do not have a BBCOR stamp are NOT ALLOWED. |
| V-8 (e) | Added | (e) Aluminum bats DO NOT have to meet the BBCOR performance standard. They do have to meet our (2 & 5/8 in.) maximum barrel diameter requirement for Senior Leagues (grades 6 - 8) and 2 & ¼ in. barrel diameter for Midget and Junior League play (Grades 3 – 5). |
