Follow San Francisco Recreation & Park Dept (SFRPD) instructions to fill out form for EACH of your teams. You must submit your ROSTER to the League Office prior to getting any practice fields. Each of your confirmed teams will be given a P-CODE# which is essential to obtaining a field. No CODE# from our League Office - No Practice Field !
SFRPD plan to allocate practice fields in batches. The first batch will be processed the week of February 20 (for all requests received by February 17) and the second batch will be processed the week of March 5 (for all requests received by March 2). If you need to submit a second form, DO NOT USE BACK or your prior form may be lost.
Some suggestions: If you have two teams in a grade, ask for "back-to-back" allocations. Where prompted to "provide additional info" do so. Be specific as to days and times required. Be aware that if you request an early practice SFRPD may not give you a field close to your school. If you have any changes to your practice needs, you must immeadiately amend your online registration.
